The Pennovation Center Leases Inventor Garage to Verge Aero

The University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Facilities and Real Estate Services announced today that Verge Aero Inc. has signed a lease for an Inventor Garage within the Pennovation Center, the University’s business, technology and laboratory incubator.

The University of Pennsylvania’s Pennovation Center has been awarded LEED Gold status for new construction by the U.S. Green Building Council, a coveted recognition of best-in-class building strategies for energy and environmental design. 

Pennovation Center Receives Preservation Achievement Award...

“The Pennovation Center design represents a collective effort and significant, highly visible leap forward in the larger vision of planning the entire 23-acre Pennovation Works community,” said Anne Papageorge, Penn’s Vice President of Facilities and Real Estate Services. “Its architecture, landscape, signage and programming build on the past while reflecting the new discoveries and ventures taking place within.”
