The Penn I-Corps Showcase—an event designed to recognize the teams who completed the Spring or Fall 2018 Penn I-Corps courses—took place on December 7, 2018. A total of 16 teams participated, composed of faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and students from several Penn schools.
On December 5, the companies accepted into JPOD @ Philadelphia came together at the Pitch Bleachers to watch the final Inside Scoop of 2018. This webinar featured live pitches from the latest JLABS residents, winners of Quickfire Challenges, and milestones from the year in review.
The Pennovation community came together the week of Thanksgiving for an evening of connections, laughter, and good food. Members took the time to get to know each other and express what they are grateful for this year.

Congratulations to the second cohort of the Penn LPS Coding Bootcamp at the Pennovation Center on their Project Demo Day and graduation!
The Strategy Stack program is a member focused initiative designed to bring 1776 startup founders and subject matter experts together on a quarterly basis, to discuss best practices around building various verticals within each of their own companies. During a Strategy Stack program, founders are engaging in an open dialogue with experts around strategies to deploy in areas such as marketing, sales, technology, financial models and much more. The small group format allows founders to learn not only from the participating experts, but also from their fellow founders.
