PCI, PCI Ventures and Pennovation Works are pleased to host the National Cancer Institute’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs for both a presentation and office hours at The Pennovation Center.

This is an ideal opportunity for faculty, researchers, students and startups to learn more about these programs.

  • Presentation: 11am to 12pm
  • Q & A: 12pm to 12:15/12:30pm
  • Lunch break: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
  • Office hours: 1:30pm to 3pm

These programs provide critical early funding for small U.S. businesses developing innovative cancer technologies with strong potential to help people live longer, healthier lives.

Please join us to learn from NCI SBIR/STTR program directors about:

  • Funding opportunities for early-stage start-ups, academic spinout companies, and entrepreneurs
  • Tips for writing competitive SBIR/STTR grant proposals
  • Commercialization resources for applicants and awardees
