Jeff counsels emerging businesses and other innovative high-growth companies at every stage of their business lifecycle—including in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), angel and venture capital financings, IPOs, securities offerings and compliance, corporate partnering, joint ventures, formation advice, and other strategic and outside general counsel matters.

Andy concentrates primarily in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and venture capital, securities law, and general corporate counseling. He works with both public and private companies in industries as diverse as energy and clean technology, computer software, information technology, business services, and medical devices. Andrew advises clients, including private equity or venture-backed companies, on all phases of their growth cycles including business plan development, startup structuring, and exit strategies such as initial public offerings (IPOs) and change in control transactions.

Ken develops strategies for securing and enforcing intellectual property rights for clients in the mechanical, electrical, and life sciences sectors. Ken advises startups, multinational corporations, and research organizations with technology interests in orthopedic and drug delivery devices, consumer products, automation, infrastructure and industrial equipment, materials handling, packaging, food and beverage, financial services, and industrial design.
