In recognition of World Mental Health Day, Pennovation Works hosted Mentor Connect's panel, Lessons Learned: The Messy Side of Being a Founder at the Pennovation Center.
Attendees heard from speakers Donna Dorozinsky, Founder & CEO of Just in Time GCP, Nick Ashburn, Founder & CEO of Calibrate, and Mark Redlus, Board of Directors, Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania. The panel was moderated by Nicole Lipkin, Psy.D., M.B.A., PsyD, MBA, CEO of HeyKiddo.
The panel discussed the difficult parts of entrepreneurship, the sleepless nights, the tough calls, and the moments of self-doubt that can feel overwhelming.
